ah yeah your out of line.... save it for one piece...... the overall pacing of the whole series was fine.... so what if they had a couple small snake way moments which was probably due to lock downs... or did you forget.. probably forgot, as while most countries seen their last lock down 2 years ago, China's last one was a few months ago...... honestly it wasn't until covid lock downs that the show started to fall off and your pacing problem began. Also the cut in ep length majorly contributed to the drag feeling that was non existing before lock down mode.... for example the 10 weeks of angel god trials would of only been 4-5 weeks.... major difference..... bet if you re-watch the last 50 ep's you wouldn't even notice the so called drag your complaining about because you wouldn't have to wait a week in between each non entertaining ep..... donghua tends to move steadily from climax to climax and from storyline to storyline with very few transition ep's and filler from what I've seen and I've watched almost every one available ( subbed ofc ) so forget your 5 ep's of the gang staying on the island, if it was j-anime it would be half to a whole season with a cliffhanger ending and 2 years of waiting with no clue if you will ever see the continuation...... I'm up rn def wrote a lot XD

The length of each episode unfortunately makes it longer. I remember that the episodes were divided into half due to covid. So, it takes more episodes & weeks for the series to end.

The way she gets free inheritance of sura god without ever going in the slaughter city is definitely an asspull and in the final fight she merges with tang san as she is other part of sura God and makes him complete..as she was only sword cover..no character development for bunny girl just free power ups in the end it shows its story of a simp..It was going gold but the way writer bent his knee in front of crazy bunny girl fans and started showing her in just anything is crazy and destroyed the story and sense of the story

Finally my guy has become a lvl 100 player. Congratulations Tang San. It was an amazing journey. For me it's been more than 2 years . I hope in the future I can see this type or similar donghua. It's the "One Piece" donghua.

After 1 year I watched Daily life of the immortal king. It was kinda similar. But now Perfect world became my favorite because of its high class animation. Then there's Swallowed star.

this list is the some of the best out there... some are new this year or last and some have multiple seasons... a few arent cultivation based but most are.... if watching rakshasa street make sure you find the proper season 2 line up or it will be confusing because of the way they released it.... and watch a will eternal's current season at elements anime on YT for good subs the are some old ones like qins moon if you can take the old 3-d animation

I watch every type of donghua. Best, mid, low, comic type. All are good in my opinion. I now don't feel disgusted or anything like that but Japanese one ..... I only watch 5-6 anime rn but for Donghua over 10

yeah I mostly watch donghua now.... They seem to make their shows for more then just promotion for the source material.... which means they are made to continue with the hopes of ending and for the ones that are not continuous usually get renewed within a few months to a year instead of j-anime every 2 - 3 years wait for next season...
As donghua gets more popular i hope that it pushes j-animation companies to follow their lead....

On this episode Tang San inherits both the Sea God AND Asura God Positions. As he can't normally use both at the same time, Xiao Wu acts as a Scabbard for the one he is not using while she can use part of the power of the Sea God (Temporarily becoming the Sea Goddess herself) while Tang San is using the Asura God. He can eventually switch between both at any time. This is due to Xiao Wu having part of Tang San Rings and being considered a part of Tang San.

While he uses the Sea God Power he has the Sea God Divine Raiments Spirit Bone Fusion Set and while using the Asura God Power he has the Asura God Battle Armor Spirit Bone Fusion Set (which we had already partially seen btw).

He has been on an Asura God pseudo-trials without knowing even before taking the Sea God Trials. While his great-grandfather was the original inheritor of the Asura God Position, due to the interference of the Rakshata God his trials where tainted and his body and souls were poisoned so he leaves the progress of his inheritance to Tang San and the Asura God accepts it. We have already seen Tang San access part of the Asura God power (whenever his hair turns white or his eyes have the Asura Crest).

Tang San does not like the Asura God Power due to being able to affect both the mind and soul of the wielder and tries between SL 1 and 4 to inherit it to someone else. Finally on SL5 something happens to Xiao Wu and she fully inherits the Asura God Position.
